Subscription Policy

When you choose "Subscribe and save," you sign up for a recurring order of Oolu delivered on the schedule you select. Subscriptions save you 15% on every order for as long as the subscription is active.

Billing and delivery. Your card is charged at the start of each billing cycle, and your order ships on your chosen schedule. You will receive an email before each renewal.

Changes, skips, and cancellation. You can skip an order, change your flavor, update your delivery frequency, change your payment or shipping details, or cancel anytime from your account. Changes need to be made before your next order processes. Cancelling stops all future orders, with no fee.

Managing your subscription. Log in to your account to manage everything in one place. If you need help, contact us and we will take care of it.

Pricing. The 15% subscription discount applies as long as your subscription is active. Prices and the discount may change, and we will give notice before any change takes effect.
